We take pride in providing healthy, high-quality plants. If your plant arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we're here to help. Please review our return policy below:

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Damaged or Defective Plants: If your plant arrives visibly damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Wrong Plant Received: If we sent the wrong plant, please let us know within 48 hours of receiving the incorrect item.

2. Return or Replacement Process

  • Photo Documentation: To begin the return process, send us clear photos of the plant(s) showing the damage or defect.
  • Contact: Email us at joy@lunarsunshinecreatures.com with your order number and photos.
  • Evaluation: We will evaluate the photos and determine if the plant is eligible for a replacement or refund.

3. Return Timeframe

  • Damaged or defective plants must be reported within 48 hours of delivery for consideration. Unfortunately, reports after this timeframe may not qualify for a return or refund.

4. Refund or Replacement Options

  • Replacement: If the plant qualifies, we will replace it with a similar plant of the same value at no additional cost.
  • Refund: If a replacement is not available, we will offer a full refund.

5. Exclusions

  • Improper Care: We are not responsible for plants that have suffered due to improper care, lack of watering, or unsuitable growing conditions.
  • Weather Damage: Plants damaged by extreme weather conditions after delivery are not covered. If you received a plant with weather protection, it is covered if delivered with cold damage.
